We will also show SSL implementation. Step 1: Go to cPanel login and enter your username and password. As we have already purchased domain name and hosting space. Connect with htshosting.org Step 2: Now navigate to WordPress Toolkit for installing WordPress. Step 3: Click on Install WordPress. Step 4: ✔ Enter WordPress directory. Below we have entered htsblog. If none of directory is entered than WordPress will be installed in home directory. ✔ Enter Website Title “HTS Blog”. ✔ Enter “Username” and “generate password”. Step 5: ✔ Then WordPress will start installing. ✔ On right below side, you can see notification “WordPress was installed”. ✔ After few seconds, WordPress will be installed and then to add plugins. You can click on plugins. Step 6: ✔ After than WordPress is installed. From here different options can be used to furtherly configure WordPress. Step 7: ✔ You can view the installed plugins and turn on or off according to preference. Step 8: ✔ Below screenshot shows that WordPress is completely installed. Step 9: ✔ Enter you WordPress credentials that are entered while configuring WordPress installation. Step 10: ✔ Here we have successful WordPress login. Step 11: ✔ After completing installation of WordPress. We will deploy SSL (secure socket layer) to make our WordPress website SSL secure. There are many other names from that end-user call. Like – padlock, green lock. To create an encrypted link between client and server. Step 12: ✔ Go back to control panel “Home” Step 13: ✔ Click on “Generate private key”. Here we will generate private key to enable SSL on our domain. Select the key type. We have selected RSA_2,049-bit (Default). Step 14: ✔ Below we have generated private key. Step 15: ✔ Go to SSL/TLS status. Step 16: ✔ After generating private key. Click on Run “AutoSSL”. This will enable SSL on your domain. Hence it will reflect on domain. For testing we have created WordPress. Padlock will also seen in WordPress. Step 17: ✔ After generating private key and running AutoSSL. SSL encryption will be shown on testmydomains.com. Step 18: ✔ Below you can see the SSL encryption on WordPress. ✔ Above we have shown WordPress installation and SSL implementation.
