Cancellation Policy

For the convenience of all our clients and prospective customers, we request everyone to keep abreast of the term and conditions of the Cancellation Policy of HTS Hosting, which is a product of HTS Solutions.

Cancellation of service renewals, for on-going website endorsements and for all types of website hosting and server registrations along with every other service that is provided by HTS Hosting, must be made at least 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period. Requests that are received later than 7 business days, prior to the end of the current service period, will be considered as cancellation of services for the next service period, based on your plan.

You need to request cancellation through your control panel provided by HTS, by either submitting a support ticket or by sending an e-mail to us, requesting the cancellation of your services. After receiving your cancellation request, the complete amount or any deduction will be refunded through the original method of payment, within the next 7 to 10 business days.

The above-mentioned cancellation policy is not applicable to domain related services. These can either be transferred or will renew automatically as per your plan.

Refund Policy

HTS Solutions is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with regard to our services. You are requested to read carefully our below-mentioned refund policies for our wide range of services.

Web Hosting Accounts

The hosting plans (Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting and Dedicated Hosting) of all new web hosting accounts are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. This 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to our domain related services and to our dedicated servers and VPS. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our web hosting services at any point of time, within the first 30 days after activating your account, we will ensure 100% refund of your money until and unless otherwise specified at, or prior to, the time of purchase. In order for this refund policy to remain valid, the refund needs to be claimed before the end of the 30-day trail period. HTS Solutions reserves the sole right to modify, in entirety or in part, this 30-day money-back policy at any time, without prior notice.

For our dedicated servers and VPS, we offer a 3-day trial period, which comes into effect as soon as your service starts. We do not offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on any of our dedicated servers and VPS.

The 3-day trial period and the 30-day money-back guarantee do not apply to our domain related services. As per our policies, if for any reason you wish to transfer your domain to any other service provider, you can initiate such a transfer after having availed our services for at least 6 months. To initiate this process, you can either generate a ticket or send us a transfer request from your registered e-mail id. Once we receive a domain transfer request officially, it takes us up to 7 business days to process the request.

Web Hosting Renewals

Your web hosting account will get renewed on a monthly or a yearly basis, depending on your web hosting plan. Refunds related to web hosting account renewals will be granted to those customers who had requested a cancellation of their service 7 business days before the renewal date. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

Web Designing/Development

In case any client is not totally satisfied with our services, we can provide a refund within 30 days from the date of start of the service. The final refunds will be made after deducting the Service Tax and the hour-based charges for the work that had been done by us.

Due to Transaction Failure / Twice Deduction

If you face a transaction failure issue, then please check your bank account for any kind of deduction. If there is no deduction, then you may retry to pay for that invoice. Otherwise, you can approach us with your support ticket and bank statement and we will follow that issue up. In case you have paid twice by mistake for the same transaction, then we request you to open a support ticket or mail us, so that we can check the issue. If there is indeed more than one deduction for the same transaction, then the extra transaction’s amount will be refunded through the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
